Omnibus Christi fidelibus presens scriptum visuris vel audituris dominus Hugo de Accoure salutem in domino Noverit universitas vestra me teneri domino priori de Tuttebur[] et ejusdem loci conventui in duodecim denariis annui redditus ejusdem annuatim ad festum pasche apud Matherfeld[] solvendis pro uno trencheto facto per terram suam de Matherfeld[] scilicet ab aqua de Douue usque ad stagnum molendini de Snelleston[] dum per dictum trenchetum aqua de Douue predicta cursum suum fecerit in totum vel in parte Si vero firma predicta temporibus statutis integre et plenarie non fuerit soluta liceat dictis priori et conventui me et heredes meos et homines meos tam de Snelleston[] quam de Accovere usque ad solucionem dicte firme ubicumque quicumque et qualiter voluerint distringere vel aquam predictam evertere et dictum trenchetum obturare Ego vero et heredes mei dictos priorem et conventum quo ad terram suam de Matherfeld[] conservabimus indempnes ita quod occasione dicti trencheti per inundacionem et vastacionem aquarum nullo modo dampnum sensiant seu gravamen Hec omnia pro me et heredibus meis feci et concessi Et in hujus rei testimonium presenti scripto sigillum meum apposui Hiis testibus Stephano de Yrton[] Johanne Saule Thoma Heruy Johanne le Fonn de Osmondeston[] Ricardo de Aula de Wiardiston[] Willelmo de Longeford[] et aliis Actum apud Edolmiston[] in crastino sancti Valentini anno regni regis Henrici quinquagesimo primo
