Hec est finalis concordia in Curia domini Regis apud Gloucestr[] a die Pasche in unum mensem anno regni Regis Henrici filii Regis Johannis xxxii coram Rogero de Thorkelby Gilberto de Preston[] magistro Simone de Wauton et Johanne de Cobbeham justiciariis itinerantibus et aliis domini Regis fidelibus tunc ibidem presentibus inter Walterum de Clifforde querentem et Gilbertum Abbatem de Haghmon[] deforciantem de advocacione ecclesie de Culmiton[] unde assisa ultime presentacionis summonitum fuit inter eos in eadem curia Scilicet quod predictus abbas recognoverit predictam advocacionem predicte ecclesie esse ius ipsius Walteri et illam remisit et quietum clamavit de se et successoribus suis et ecclesia sua de Haghmon predicto Waltero et heredibus eius imperpetuum Et pro hac recognitione remissione quieta clamacione fine et concordia predictus Walterus dedit et concessit predicto abbati et ecclesie sue de Haghmon homagium et totum servicium Ricardi Balle[] et heredum suorum de toto tenemento quod idem Ricardus de predicto Waltero tenuit in Cineton[] die quo hec concordia facta fuit Habendum et tenendum eidem abbati et successoribus suis et ecclesie sue predicte in puram et perpetuam elemosinam liberam et quietam ab omni seculari servicio et exaccione imperpetuum
