Sciant presentes et futuri quod ego Herbertus Mauveysin dedi et concessi et quietum clamavi et hac presenti carta mea confirmavi de me et heredibus meis imperpetuum totum ius meum et clamium quod habui vel habere potui Deo et ecclesie beati Johannis de Haghmon[] et canonicis ibidem deo servientibus in liberam puram et perpetuam elemosinam in tota purprestura quam idem canonici ceperunt in comunni pastura mea in bosco versus Sundrene sicut fossatum eorum circuit a nemore de Asteley usque ad vivarium de Pimbelega ex illa parte et ex alia parte versus Haghmon[] secuti fossatum eorum circuit a bosco de Uffinton usque in Sundrenestiele et a Sundrenestiele usque in Stanweyesdore et a Stanweysdore usque in Ydeburiyate et sic deinceps per circuitum sicut sepes eorum circuit absque ulla reclamacione mei vel heredum meorum Hiis testibus Willelmo de Pimbeleg[] Philippo de Peninton Thoma de Withintona Willelmo de Rodene etc
