Hec est convencio facta inter Gilberturn Abbatem de Haghmon[] et eiusdem loci conventum ex parte una et Johannern filium Ricardi de Wodewarde de Hauston Ceciliam uxorem suam et Ricardum filium eorum ex altera parte videlicet quod dicti abbas et conventus tradiderunt et concesserunt dictis Johanni Cecilie et Ricardo unum mesuagium et totam illam terram cum pertinentiis quam idem Johannes prius tenuit in villa de Hauston et extra Habend et tenend eisdem Johanni Cecilie et Ricardo filio eorum ad totam vitam eorum etc Reddendo inde annuatim dictis abbati et conventui sex solidos argenti etc et sectam curie de Herdewike etc et salvo pannagio porcorum ipsorum tempore pinguis pessione videlicet terciurn meliorern porcum suum etc et meliorern bovem suum nomine herietti etc Dat[] apud Haghmon[] Die Mercurii in festo Sancte Crucis[] anno domini millesimo ccc primo Et anno r r Edwardi filii Regis Henrici xxix
