Date: 1196 Sundron de donacione eiusdem. Alan son of Oliver with his relatives, also Osbert son of Frogeri, and Alan son of Toci priest of Attingham, grant Sundorne (July 1155-1157). Notum sit omnibus hominibus Salopesire presentibus et futuris Alanum filium Oliveri et matrem eius et fratres illius Osbertum quoque filium Frogeril et Alanum filium Toci sacerdotis de Etingham necnon omnes parentes ipsius Alani filii Oliveri concessisse et dedisse in perpe- tuam elemosinam terram de Sundra libere et quiete sicut elemosinam ecclesie sancti Johannis Hamonensi et hoc concessu Willelmi filii Alani. Testibus Ricardo de Piche- fordia, Engelardo fratre eius, etc. Printed- Eyton, vii. 278. 1 Rog. in papal confirmation (App. A. i) but appears as Frogeri in Hen. 11's confirmation (App. C. i) Date- after Wm. FitzAlan recovered his lands (nos. 1370-2) and before Ric. of Pitchford's death (no. 200n.)
