1370 Wroxcetour. Donacio advocacionis ecclesie ibi. Wm. FitzAlan I grants the advowson of Wroxeter, with Norton and all its endowments, so that the canons may increase their numbers and become a full convent. He wishes that 5 canons shall be present at the church on certain saints' days and the abbot shall appoint 5 secular priests to be there throughout the year and be responsible to him for the revenue (25 July 1155).
