Ricardus Comes Arundellie salutem in domino etc die June proxima ante festum Purificacionis beate Marie anno r r E xxii has bundas subscriptas inter manerium de Upton[] et manerium de Uffinton[] facit constituit et concedit videlicet a Middilokeswey et sic descendendo per illam viam usque cornerium muri abbacie iuxta Rodenwey que via predicta est bunda inter boscum suum de Upton[] et boscum de Uffinton[] ex illa parte etc ex altera parte per Willelmum filium Willelmi filii Alani sic dicitur Preterea concessi et dedi predictis canonicis cum corpore meo totum nemus meum quod est inter viam extenditur ab Abbacia de Haghmon usque Shaubery et nemus de Uffituna etc
