39. HUTTOFF Agreement between Bullington priory and Robert son of William of Well. Robert may keep five score of his demesne sheep, or those of his Sutton tenants, in Huttoft in the pasture beyond the Hauedik where Robert's ancestors or tenants used to have common, provided they keep off the priory's demesne pasture or severalty. The priory may impound sheep on the pasture four times a year and retain any above five score pending satisfaction, as also if they stray through not being guarded.
