35 Final concord whereby Geoffrey of Ingham, plaintiff, quitclaimed to Richard Basset (11), defendant, 5 virgates and 4 acres of meadow in Pytchley (Northants) and returned all the charters he had concerning that land. Hec et finalis concordia facta in curia domini regis die lune proxima ante festum sancti Luce ewangeliste anno rengni Ricardi regis vij apud Vestm[] coram H Cantuariensis archiepiscopo et R Lond[] episcopo R Herfordiensis et R Heliensis archidiaconis Willelmo de Warenn[] H Casteltun[] Ricardo de Heriete Oseberto filio Herevici Simone de Patisille et aliis fidelibus domini regis tunc ibi presentibus inter Galfridum filium Ingeham[] petentem [et] Ricardum Basset tenentem de v virgatis terre in Pytisle et de iiij acris de prato unde placitum fuit inter illos in curia predicta videlicet quod prefatus Galfridus quietum clamavit totum jus et clameum quod habuit in predicta terra a se et heredibus suis prefato Ricardo et heredibus suis in perpetuum Et pro hac quieta clamatione dedit prefatus Ricardus eidem Galfrido xl marcas argenti et ipse Galfridus reddidit cartas omnes quas habuit de predicta terra
