Hec est finalis concordia facta in curia domini regis apud Westm[] a die Pascha in unum mensem anno regni regis Johannis vij coram ipso domino rege G filio Petri Simone de Pateshulle Henrico archidiacono Stafford[] Jacobo de Poterne Ricardo de Mucegros justic[] et aliis baronibus domini regis tunc ibi presentibus inter Thomam Basset ex una parte et Ricardum de Canville et Eustaciam uxorem eius ex alia parte de manerio de Stokes cum pertinentiis unde jurata summonita fuit inter ipsum dominum regem et Ricardum de Kanvill[] et Eustaciam uxorem eius in eadem curia scilicet quod idem Ricardus et Eustacia concesserunt predicto Thome per grantum et assensum et voluntatem domini regis totum manerium de Stokes cum omnibus pertinentiis suis habend et tenend eidem Thome et heredibus suis de ipsis Ricardo et Eustacia et heredibus ipsius Eustacie inperpetuum per servitium decem librarum per annum reddendarum ad duos terminos anni scilicet ad Pascha centum solidos et ad festum sancti Michaelis centum solidos et faciendo forinsecum servitium quod ad terram illam pertinet pro omni servitio et exactione
