140 Final concord in which Robert of Oakley and his wife Matilda (Basset), plaintiffs, complained that Robert Basset, defendant, had not acquitted them of the service of a third of a knight's fee in Scalford and Ab Kettleby (both Leics) against Alan Basset of North Luffenham (Rut). They quitclaimed to Robert whatever they had in those vills, and Robert granted them an annual rent of 43s 9d. They granted Robert 3 solidates and 9 denariates of rent.
