Sciat presens etas et futura posteritas quod inter dominum Alanum Basset et Walterum rectorem ecclesie de Cumtun[] convenit in hunc modum videlicet quod dictus Alanus dimisit et in perpetuum quietam clamavit pro se et heredibus suis et hominibus suis Waltero rectori ecclesie de Cumtun[] suisque successoribus viam quam ipse et homines sui habuerunt per mediam curiam suam de Cumtun[] scilicet pro una acra prati quam prefatus Walterus concessit et in perpetuum dimisit ei et heredibus suis in prato suo de Gamed[] in recompensationem et escambium vie supradicte ita quidem quod predictus Alanus vel heredes sui vel homines sui nichil juris aliquo tempore sibi vendicare poterunt in via predicta vel in curia memorati Walteri vel eius successorum rectorum ecclesie de Cumtun[] ratione vie quam per mediam curiam predictam aliquando habuerunt Et sic licebit supradicto Waltero rectori et eius successoribus curiam suam quo modo voluerit claudere absque omni contradictione et impedimento dicti Alani et heredum suorum et hominum suorum In cuius rei robur et testimonium confectum est presens cyrographum cuius partibus sigillis predictorum Alani et Walteri communitis appensa sunt ad maiorem facti huius stabilitatem signum domini Roberti Sar[] episcopi et sigillum capituli Sar[] Act[] apud Wottun[] kal Julii anno domini millesimo ducentesimo vicesimo octavo
