600. Composicio prioris de Parco de animalibus conductis in pastura de Haghandeby et Cathertona. [April, 1284] Agreement between the abbot and convent of Sallay and the prior and convent of Healaugh Park, that when the prior used Sallay's pasture in Haggandby and Catherton, the two houses should share each year the tenth of the issue of the animals which pastured. Notum sit hominibus hoc scriptum visuris vel audituris quod ita convenit inter religiosos viros dominum abbatem de Sallay et ejusdem loci conventum ex una parte et priorem et conventum de Parco ex altera videlicet quod quandocumque contigerit predictos priorem et conventum admittere animalia conducta in pasturam suam de Hagandeby et Cathertona decimam ex eisdem animalibus taliter conductis provenientem inter se singulis annis dimidiare mutuo assensu pro se et successoribus suis concesserunt Et ut hec convencio atque concessio perpetue firmitatis robur inposterum optineant partes predicte presenti scripto in modo cyrograffi confecto sigilla sua autentica alternatim apposuerunt Actum mense Aprilis anno Domini m cc octogesimo quarto [...]
