Universis Christi fidelibus ad quos presens scriptum pervenerit Jocelinus Dei gracia Bath episcopus salutem in Domino Sciatis nos intuitu caritatis concessisse dilectis in Christo filiis Roberto abbati et successoribus suis et conventui Glaston ecclesiam de Schapwyk[] cum antiquo manso et ceteris pertinenciis ut fructus et obvenciones eiusdem in usus elemosinarii Glaston convertantur in perpetuum salva viginti solidis antiqua et debita pensione annua quam dicti abbas et conventus solvent inde sacriste Glaston per manum elemosinarii qui pro tempore fuerit salva eciam Johanni vicario eiusdem ecclesie et successoribus suis in perpetuum vicaria perpetua quam habet in eadem idem Johannes que in porcionibus subscriptis consistit videlicet - in servicio trium hominum Thome Bathe Luce et Roberti Putfot cum tribus ferdellis terre quos tenent et successorum suorum item in serviciis duorum cotariorum Reginaldi Cissor[] et Ricardi Ribald cum mesuagio et curtillagio que tenent et successorum suorum in toto altelagio in omnibus minutis decimis exceptis decimis feni in primo legato et decima omnium fabarum tocius parochie in septem acris prati que dicuntur apud Wythies et omnibus decimis maioribus et minoribus de toto dominico ecclesie in decimis molendinorum que omnia vicarius qui pro tempore fuerit eiusdem ecclesie percipiet Habebit preterea dictus vicarius et successores sui mesuagium in quo capellanus ecclesie manere consuevit et preterea mesuagium quod Leticia relicta Radulphi Cutet tenuit cum curtillagiis eorundem mesuagiorum Idem autem vicarius et successores sui ipsi ecclesie honeste deservient et clericum idoneum invenient omnia autem alia onera ipsius ecclesie ordinaria abbas et conventus Glaston per elemosinarium Glaston sustinebunt extraordinariis oneribus inter ipsos et vicarium perpetuum qui pro tempore fuerit pro rata percipiendis Hanc autem concessionem fecimus salva nobis et successoribus nostris consuetudinibus episcopalibus et ecclesiarum nostrarum in omnibus dignitate Dat Well per manum J de Templo in crastino Sancti Michaelis pontificatus nostri anno xxv
