Universis sancte matris ecclesie filiis Ricardus de Revers salutem Noverit universitas vestra corpus meum dedisse ecclesie beate Marie de Montisburg[] et cum corpore meo dedisse et hac mea carta confirmasse eidem ecclesie et monachis ibidem Deo servientibus centum solidatas terre in manerio meo de Wrokesale in insula in perpetuam elemosinam pro anima Baldewini comitis fratris mei et aliorum antecessorum meorum et mea Quare volo et firmiter precipio quod predicti monachi habeant et teneant de me et de heredibus meis predictas centum solidatas terre ab omni servicio et ab omnibus consuetudinibus liberas et quietas tam in viis quam in semitis et pascuis et pasturis et aquis et in omnibus aliis locis Testibus Baldwino Cant[] etc

Date: For date, see no. 63. Although this gift was made quit of all service, Isabella de Fortibus, countess of Devon, later quitclaimed her right to a quarter of a knight's fee and other aids due from this land (Cartulaire de Loders, p 26).
