Sciant omnes presentes et futuri quod ego Ysabell[a] comitissa Gloc[estrie] et Essex[ie] in libera viduitate mea concessi et hac presenti carta mea confirmavi deo et ecclesie beate Marie de Margan et monachis ibidem deo servientibus in puram et perpetuam elemosinam omnes donationes et concessiones et confirmationes quas eis fecit Rob[ertus] comes Gloc[estrie] avus meus et Will[elmu]s comes pater meus scilicet omnes terras cum pertinentiis suis inter Kenefeg[h] et ulteriorem ripam aque de Avene ulterioris que est ad occidentem hermitagii Theodorici et sicut montana tendunt a sursa aque de Kenefegh usque ad locum Middelcros et inde in transversum ad Blainant disculva et inde usque ad Radkevelichi et inde sicut Avene descendit in mare Et totum wrek inter Avene et Kenefeg et cetera que in carta g[aufridi] comitis continentur
