Vniuersis Christi fidelibus presens scriptum inspecturis vel audituris magister Guilbertus de Stanewaye officialis episcopi Exon[] salutem in domino Nouerit vniuersitas vestra quod cum lis mota esset coram nobis inter priorem et monachos de monte sancti Michaelis in Cornubia ex vna parte et magistrum J rectorem ecclesie sancti Hermetis ex altera super decimis garbarum nemoris de Trewoygnen et de [per]menerio auctoritate ordinaria et idem rector lite pendente coram nobis dictos priorem et monachos conuenisset coram iudice delegato super decimis glandis et mellis ipsius nemoris et super decimis tam maioribus quam minoribus de villa de Nanayly Lis premissa de consensu partium nobis prestantibus auctoritatem conquieuit in hunc modum videlicet quod dicti prior et monachi decimas tam maiores quam minores dicte ville de Nanayly et decimas glandis et mellis dicti nemoris pacifice et quiete inperpetuum percipient Quando vero terra dicti nemoris ad culturam redigetur siue arbores predicti nemoris siue in totum vel in parte eradicate siue in parte vel in toto existerint rector ecclesie sancti Hermetis qui pro tempore fuerit in perpetuum decimas terre dicti nemoris pacifice et quiete percipiet Et propter hanc pacem reformandam et alias contenciones remouendas dictus prior et monachi dicto J rectori sancti Hermetis dederunt unam marcham argenti Nos vero dictam pacem ratificantes de consensu partium reseruauimus nobis et successoribus nostris potestatem conpellendi partes a predicte pacis obseruacionem In cuius rei testimonium nos vna cum sigillo necnon sigillo officialitatis nostri huic scripto in modum cirograffi deciso duximus apponendo Actum die Jouis proxima ante festum sancti Mathie apostoli anno gracie mccxl nono
