Omnibus sancte etc Cristina filia Ricardi de la Fenne quondam uxor Walteri filii Turgisii salutem Noveritis me in propria viduitate et legitima potestate mea concessisse confirmasse et eciam quietum clamasse Deo et beate Marie et beato Iohanni Baptiste et beatis pauperibus sancte domus hospitalis Ierusalem et eiusdem domus fratribus totum ius et clameum quod habui vel habere potui pro me et heredibus meis imperpetuum in tota crofta illa cum pertinentiis suis sicut sepibus et fossatis includitur in qua fuit mesuagium quod Osbertus carpentarius olim tenuit in villa de Chaur[ia] habendam et tenendam predictam cruftam predicte domui hospitalis Ierusalem quietam et solutam ab omni seculari servicio et exaccione sicut aliqua elemosina liberius et quiecius dari potest domui religionis Et ut hec mea concessio et presentis carte confirmacio et eciam quieta clamacio rata et inconcussa permaneat hanc presentem cartam sigilli [mei] munimine roboravi Hiis testibus etc
