Omnibus etc Iohannes cocus salutem Noverit universitas etc me dedisse et concessisse et presenti scripto confirmasse pro salute anime mee et antecessorum et successorum meorum Deo et beate Marie et fratribus hospitalis sancti Iohannis Ierusalem octo denarios annui redditus cum pertinentiis quos Saiectus carpentarius michi reddere consuevit pro tribus acris terre et una roda quas de me tenuit in villa de Dunmawe magna in liberam puram et perpetuam elemosinam et maxime domui ipsorum fratrum de Chaur[ia] habendum et tenendum dictis fratribus de me et heredibus meis ita libere et quiete prout aliqua elemosina poterit ab aliquo dari vel recipi Ego vero Iohannes cocus et heredes mei warantizabimus prenominatum redditum cum pertinentiis predictis fratribus sicut nostram liberam puram et perpetuam elemosinam contra omnes gentes In huius autem rei testimonium presenti scripto sigillum meum apposui Hiis testibus etc
