Noverint universi etc quod ego Robertus filius Simonis Whyceman[] de Stebbynge dimisi et concessi et omnino quietum clamavi pro me omne ius quod habui vel aliquo modo habere potui Willelmo filio meo primogenito pro quadam summa pecunie sue quam michi dedit premanibus in toto illo tenemento quod fuit quondam Simonis patris mei de hereditate mea habendum et tenendum dicto Willelmo et heredibus suis vel suis assignatis et eorum heredibus libere quiete bene integre iure et hereditarie ita quod nec ego dictus Robertus nec aliquis pro me nec [aliquid] iuris vel clamii in predicto tenemento de cetero habere poterimus nec debemus Et quod ista dimissio concessio et mea quieta clamacio rata et stabilis permaneat imperpetuum huic scripto sigillum meum apposui Hiis testibus etc
