Omnibus filiis sancte matris ecclesie Robertus Coppe de Hauneton[] salutem Sciatis me dedisse et concessisse et hac presenti carta mea confirmasse intuitu caritatis et pro salute anime mee et antecessorum meorum Deo et beate Marie et sancto Iohanni Baptiste et fratribus hospitalis Ierusalem ibidem Deo servientibus totum ius meum quod habui vel habere potui in una virgata terre in villa de Edingale cum omnibus pertinentiis et libertatibus communis et aisiamentis et in toto redditu scilicet octo solidorum in puram et perpetuam elemosinam sicut aliqua elemosina liberius vel melius alicui domui religionis dari poterit ita quod ego nec heredes mei nullum ius nec clameum de cetero exigere poterimus preterquam elemosinas et orationes Et ego vero Robertus Coppe et heredes mei istam predictam terram Deo et beate Marie et fratribus hospitalis Ierusalem sicut predictum est contra omnes homines et feminas imperpetuum warantizabimus Ut autem hec mea donacio et concessio rata sit et stabilis huic presenti scripto sigillum meum apposui Hiis testibus domino Willelmo de Vernon[] domino Rogero de Somervyle domino Roberto de Cursun Iohanne filio Radulphi de Edeinghale Roberto de Haseloure Roberto de Kingesl[ey] Ada Sord[] clericis et aliis
