Hec est finalis concordia facta in curia domini regis apud Westmonasterium in crastino sancti Martini anno regni regis Iohannis [tercio] coram G filio Petri Simone de Pateshalle Iohanne de Gestling[] Godefrido de Insula Waltero de Greping[] iustitiis et aliis baronibus domini regis tunc ibi presentibus inter Robertum abbatem de Egnesham petentem per Willelmum de Mora monachum positum loco suo ad lucrandum uel perdendum et Willelmum de Chaisneto defortiantem de aduocatione ecclesie de Niwentune unde placitum fuit inter eos in prefata curia scilicet quod predictus W de Chaisneto recognouit aduocationem predicte ecclesie de Niwentune esse ius ipsius abbatis et ecclesie sancte Marie de Egnesham et eam remisit et quietam clamauit predicto abbati et successoribus suis pro animabus patris sui et matris sue et omnium antecessorum suorum de se et heredibus suis in perpetuum
