Omnibus [etc] Robertus Belegraue filius Walteri piscatoris de Egnesham salutem in domino sempiternam Nouerit uniuersitas uestra me dimisisse concessisse ac pro me et heredibus meis in perpetuum quietum clamasse domino Thome dei gracia abbati Egneshamie et eiusdem loci conuentui et eorum successoribus totum ius et clamium quod habui uel aliquo modo habere potui in terris tenementis et mesuagiis molendinis redditibus pratis pascuis pasturis piscariis aquis uiis semitis et omnibus aliis in uilla seu campis de Egnesham me et heredes meos contingentibus excepto uno mesuagio et dimidia uirgata terre quam de eis teneo in Egnesham ita quod ego nec heredes mei nec [aliquis] pro me nec per me in predictis terris et tenementis et omnibus aliis ut predictum est aliquid de cetero exigere uendicare uel clamare poterimus Et ut [etc] hiis testibus dominis Ricardo de Wyllamescote et Henrico de la Wade et ceteri ut infra
