HAGANDBY. [A.D. 1284] Agreement between the abbot of Sallay and the convent of that place and the prior and convent of the Park, than when the prior and convent admitted animals to the abbey's pasture in Hagandby and Catherton, the two houses should share each year the tenth of the issue of the animals. Notum sit omnibus hominibus hoc scriptum visuris vel audituris quod ita convenit inter religiosos viros dominum abbatem de Sallay et ejusdem loci conventum ex una parte et priorem et conventum de Parco ex altera parte videlicet quod quandocunque contigerit predictos priorem et conventum admittere animalia conducta in pasturam suam de Hagganby et Cathertona decimam ex eisdem animalibus taliter conductis provenientem inter se singulis annis dimidiare mutuo assensu pro se et successoribus suis concesserunt Et ut hec convencio atque concessio perpetue firmitatis robur imposterum optineant partes predicte presenti scripto in modum cirograffati confecto sigilla sua autentica alternatim apposuerunt Acta mense Aprilis A D mcclxxxiv
