Sciant etc quod ego Celeyna filia Thome Cordewanarii Oxonie remisi et omnino quietum clamaui pro me et heredibus meis magistro sancti Bartholomei extra parvum pontem Oxonie et fratribus eiusdem loci totum ius meum quod habui vel in posterum habere potui in toto illo tenemento meo cum omnibus suis pertinenciis quod iacet inter terram Philippi Padi ex una parte et terram Ricardi Alewy ex altera parte ex opposito cymiterii Omnium Sanctorum in Oxonia ita quod nec ego Celeyna nec heredes mei nec aliquis alius pro me vel per me in toto predicto tenemento cum pertinenciis aliquid exigere uel clamare poterimus in perpetuum exceptis duabus seldis de predicto tenemento quas predicti magister et fratres de me tunc tenuerunt ad terminum undecim annorum per scriptum conuentionis inde inter nos confectum Pro hac autem remissione et quieta clamancia dederunt michi dicti magister et fratres unam marcam argenti et tres bussellos siliginis pre manibus Et in etc hiis testibus Nicholao de Stocwelle tunc maiore Oxonie Willelmo de Ow et Galfrido le Mercer tunc prepositis Oxonie Ada Feteplace Iohanne de Colleshelle Waltero Aurifabro Galfrido fratre suo et multis aliis
