Omnibus sancte matris ecclesie filiis Johannes Dei gratia Norwicensis episcopus salutem in domino Noverit universitas vestra nos accepisse a dilectis filiis nostris monachis Norwic[] nundinas quas habebant in festo sancte Margarete apud Linn[] et in festo sancte Fidis apud Geiwde et omnem proventum earum et mercatum diei Sabbati quod ibidem habebant et placita et perquisitiones omnes quas de nundinis et mercato percipere consueverant et telonium et domum contra capellam sancti Nicholai versus occidentum quam Robertus de Thornham et Petrus filius Galfridi de eis tenuerunt pro tribus marcis nobis et successoribus nostris inperpetuum possidenda et dedisse eis in escambium et concessisse et confirmasse presenti carta viginti quatuor libratas in manerio de Sechesford quas nobis et predecessoribis nostris inde annuatim reddere consueverunt Quare volumus et firmiter precipimus quod predicti monachi liberi sint et quieti et soluti de predictis xxiiij libris in perpetuum Et habeant manerium de Sechesford cum omnibus pertinentiis et libertatibus suis sicut unquam melius et liberius aliquis predecessorum nostrorum illud in dominio suo habuit preter servitia militaria in eadem villa cum pertinentiis suis que nobis et successoribus nostris remanebunt ita quod nobis nec alicui successorum nostrorum nec ballivis nostris nec alicuius successorum nostrorum liceat de illomanerio aliquid accipere vel exigere vel aliquo modo se intromittere salva nobis et successoribus nostris in manerio illo auctoritate et dignitate quam habemus in aliis maneriis eorumdem monachorum Et ut hec commutatio et concessio in perpetuum rata perseveret eam presenti scripto et sigilli nostri appositione corroboramus Hiis testibus Johanne de Corn[] Nicholao de Limesia Hugone de Munten[] Ricardo Furmie Waltero de Langedun[] Rogero forestario Roberto de Neut[] Willelmo de Granario Ricardo portario Henrico Gernun Dat[] apud Norwicum per manum magistri Galfridi de Derham xvj kal[] Junii pontificatus nostri anno quinto
