    Innocentius episcopus etc. Dilectis fihis Po- testati, Consiho et populo Perusinis, salutem etc Tranquilhtati vestre consulere, ac vobis universis et singulis, qui pro fidei puritate atque devotionis sinceritate servanda erga Romanam ecclesiam, ma- trem vestram, plurima laborum et dolorum noscimi- ni substuhsse, a futuris gravaminibus, quantum possumus, precavere volentes, quod auctoritate htte- rarum apostolice sedis vel legatorum ipsius contra vos vel aliquem vestrum impetratarum, vel etiam impetrandarum, que de hac indulgentia non fece- rint mentionem, extra Civitatem Perusinam evocari ad iudicium super ahquibus causis communiter vel specialiter non possitis, auctoritate vobis presentium indulgemus. Nulh ergo etc. nostre concessionis etc. Datum Perusii v. Nonas Octobris, anno decimo.
