    Iohannes episcopus etc. Dilecto fiho Magistro G. de Balaeto Archidiacono Foroliviensi, Capellano nostro, Campanie Maritimeque Rectori, salutem etc. Cum tu sicut nobis insinuare curavisti, frequenter pro executionibus in decretis tibi provincus facien- dis hominibus armatis indigere noscaris, volumus et presentium tibi tenore concedimus, quatinus vi- ginti quinque equites armatos pro faciendis execu- tionibus antedictis, cum tibi necessarii fuerint, de consilio dilecti fihi Pontii Augerii Prepositi Apten- sis, in dictis provinchs Thesaurarii, recipere valeas, et pro diebus, quibus expediens extiterit, pro eis- dem executionibus ad expensas Romane ecclesie retinere.
