    Exercitui ecclesiae, ut rectori Romandiolae prompte serviant. Reg. An. I. de Curia ep. 88. Tom. 1. fol. 88.

    Nicolaus episcopus etc. Dilecto filio Guillel- mo Estandandardo, ac Universis militibus et stipen- diariis Regiis, nuper ad nostra et ecclesie Romane servitia deputatis, salutem etc. Cum Carissimus in Christo filius noster C. Sicilie Rex Illustris vos ad requisitionem nostram pro nostris et ecclesie Ro- mane servitiis destinarit, volumus et per apostolica vobis scripta mandamus, quatenus dilecto filio No- biU viro Bertoldo de Filiisursi, civi Romano, totius provincie Romaniole, Civitatis Bononiensis, Comi- tatus Brittenorii et pertinentiarum eorundem Re- ctori, circa huiusmodi servitia sic prompte, sic fide- liter et sollicite obedire ac intendere studeatis, quod possitis exinde merito commendari.
