CCCCXV. — lV 5-26. Donation et vente faite par W. de Cruninga. In nomine Patris et Filii et Spiritus Sancti. Ego W. de Cruninga notum fieri volo uni- versis ad quos presentes litteras pervenire contigerit, quod XXV mensuris moor proprietatis mee, quas ecclesie de Thosan, cum offieio decima et dominio quondam in puram elemosinam contuli, X superaddidi, ex parte uxoris mee, fratribus ejusdem ecclesie perpetuo possidendas in remissione meorum peccaminum et duarum uxorum mearum Herkenradis et Immeinen, que decesserunt. Item C et XLVI mensuras moor predictis fratribus legitime vendidi, cum officio decima et dominio. Totum autem istum moor supradictum jacet infra terminos istos; ab oriente habens Everrods krike, ab aquilone moor de Reimerswala, ab occidente Botmelosa- kine, ab austro Eversward et Scoude. Testes: Ideslof et Petrus de Wala, Egidius de Catindic et Hugo Standard. Et ut hoc factum certa veritate cognoscant, tam posteri quam moderni litterarum tenaci memorie commendatum, sigilli mei et sigilli abbatis de Echoud feci apposi- tione muniri. Actum apud curtem de Monstrhoc, anno Domini M°CC°XIIII, mense Aprili.
