CCCCLIII. — N° 586. Don d'une terre nommee Cortlinglie. In nomine Patris et Filii et Spiritus Sancti. Amen. Ego Balduinus, dominus de Prat, notum fieri volo, tam presentibus quam futuris, quod ego, consensu dilecti filii mei Balduini pri- mogeniti, quamdam terram, que vocatur Cortldinghe, omnibus illis qui eam hactenus pos- sederunt, ad perpetuum censum contuli, quamlibet mensuram pro viginti quinque denariis annuatim. Et quandocumque de mortuo ad vivum, vel de vivo ad vivum aliqua specie alienationis transierit, pro viginti quinque denariis ad relevamen solvendis. Et quia ego et predictus filius meus, voluimus ut hec collatio rata et inconvulsa permaneat et predictam terram possidentes ad omni inquietatione in perpetuum sint securi, ego sigilli mei et sepe- dictus filius meus sigilli sui appensione presens scriptum duximus roborandum. Actum anno Domini M^CCXX" quinto, mense Octobri. Huic collationi interfuerunt dilectus frater meus dominus Franco, dominus Willelmus de Hopscot et servientes mei, Willelmus de Prat, Walterus Joiard, Henricus Scoutete, Harnodus.
