      J. Dei gratia Bergensis dictus abbas et totus ejusdem ecclesie conventus, omnibus presentes litteras inspecturis, vel audituris, salutem in vero salutari. Universitati vestre notificamus quod contcntio, que inter nos et ecclesiam beati Vedasti Atrebatum orta fuerat, super decimas agnorum, que in curte sua apud Sintines perveniunt, tali fine sepulta est et paccata: Nos enim remisimus ecclesie beati Vedasti predictam minutam decimam prefate curtis et conces- simus in perpetuum sine reclamatione possidendam. Quapropter predicta ecclesia dedit nobis quindecim marchas, de quibus redditus debent comparari: in memoriam, scilicet hujus com- positionis, ne possit in posterum aliqua oblivione deleri, ad majorem vero ejusdcm com- positiouis confirinationem, presentes litteras fieri et sigillorum nostrorum munimine voluimus insigniri.
