      Universis presentes litteras inspecturis Rasso Berthaut, cantor ecclesie beate Marie Antwerpiensis, salutem et noscere veritatem. Noverint universi nos litteras sigillis nobilis domine Marie domine de Grimbergis et de Pereweis et domini Godefridi, ejus filii, comitis Vianensis, sigillatas, non cancellatas, non abolitas nec in aliqua sui parte viciatas, anno Domini M" CC° nonagesimo sexto, dominica in Quasimodo, vidisse, inspexisse et legisse in hec verba: Nos Maria domina de Grirabergis et de Pereweis et Godefridus noster filius, comes Vianensis, notum facimus universis presentes litteras visuris et audituris, quod nos donationem sive privilegium ecclesie beate Marie de Dunis, per predecessores nostros conces- sum, videlicet de aliquo theolonio sive pedagio non exigendo ab ejusdem ecclesie fratribus, aut eorum rebus, per terram sive dominium nostrum transeuntibus, confirmamus et ratificamus perpetuo duraturum. In cujus rei testimonium et munimen sigilla nostra presenti duximus apponenda. Datum anno Domini M° CC" octogesimo sexto, in octava Philippi et Jacobi apostolorum. Et quia prefatas litteras ut est predictum, vidimus, inspeximus et legimus, ideo sigillum nostrum presentibus duximus apponendum in testimonium predictorum. Datum anno et die ante immediatam datam predictis.
