LX. — Ne 258. Exemption de tonlieu. 0. Dei gratia Romanorum rex et
semper Augustus, omnibus ditioni sue subjectis ad quos presens scriptum
pervenerit, salutem. Sciatis nos suscepisse in conductu et protectione nostra
ecclesiam et fratres de Dunis in Flandria, qui de ordine cisterciensi esse
noscuntur et servientes et res et bona ipsorum et concessisse libertatem et
quittantiam ab omni thelonio et passagio et consuetudine de omnibus rebus suis,
quascumque vel qualescumque, sive per terram, sive per aquam, ad usus proprios
duxerint. Et distincte precipimus nequis eis molestiam inferat vel gravamen.
Siquis autem eorum omnium qui ad jus nostrum pertinere noscuntur, visis
litteris, modo quolibet eos molestare presumpserit nostram se noverit incur-
