      Universis presentes litteras inspecturis frater Theodericus permissione divina abbas sancti Nycholay Furnensis, premonstratensis ordinis, morinensis diocesis, salutem, et infrascriptis veritatis testimonium perhibere. Noveritis nos litteras religiosorum virorum Domini Lamberti, abbatis de Dunis ac ejusdem loci conventus, cysterciensis ordinis, ejusdemque predicte dyocesis, non cancellatas, non abolitas, nec in aliqua sui parte viciatas, sed sanas et integras illustrisimi principis, Ottonis Dei gratia Bomanorum regis semper Augusti, firmiter sigillatas, vidisse, legisse, ac diligenter inspexisse, formam que sequitur continentes. 0.
