      Uuiversis Christi fidclibus presentes littcras inspecturis, Jordanus, preposilus et Gerardus decanus ct universum cupitulum Sancte Walburgis Fttruensis salutem in Domino. Universi- tati veslre volumus notum esse, quod nos ecclesie bcate Marie de Dunis, viginti et novem mensuras terre preter quadraginta sex virgas et dimidiam , quam terram habebamus juxta Bomgard, grangiam de Dunis, de communi consilio domini Moriuensis Episcopi, Petri dyoce- sani nostri accedente consensu, ut ccclcsie nostre meliora prospiceremus, vcndidimus pro centum et quadraginta quatuor raarcis et scptem solidis et quatuor denariis, flandrensis monete, et abbas ct conventus de Duuis pretaxatam nobis pecuniam intcgraliter pcrsolve- runt. Ut igitur iste contractus firmus et stabilis perseveret, presentem paginam sigillorum nostrorum munimine duximus roborandam. Actum anno Domini M" CC° tricesimo primo, feria tcrcia post fcstum omniura Sanctorum.
