      In nomine Domini. Amen. Universis Christi fidelibus, tam futuris quam presentibus, presentis pagine inspectoribus capitulum Sancti Petri in Trajecto notum esse volumus quod nos quatuor mensuras decime frugum ad nostram ecclesiam spectantes, circa grangiam monachorum de Thosan, que Monsterhouc dicitur, jacentes, infra hos terminos, Cortwifliet versus orientem et aquiloncm et aggerem, versus occidentalem partem et australem et pre- terea decimam agnorum ad ipsam grangiam Monsterhouc pertinentium, similiter ad nostram ecclesiam spectantem, monachis de Thosan, concessimus in pactum perpetuum, a nobis tenendas sub hac forma, ut videlicet singulis annis, in Cathedra Sancti Petri, nobis de eisdem decimis nostris XL duos denarios Flandrensis monete, pro pacto persolvant. Et ut hoc factum nos- trum perpetue firmitatis robur obtineat, presens scriptum eis dedimus sigilli nostri munimine roboratum. Actum anno Domini millesimo, ducentesimo XX" quarto.
