XXXV. — N0 205. Exemption de tonlieu. T. Dei gratia comes Clevie, omnibus ad quos hec pagina pervenerit salutem et omne bonum. Notum esse volumus presentibus litteris quod fratribus de Dunis qui de cisterciensi ordine esse noscuntur gratuita benignitate concessimus ut quotiens aliqua propriis utilitatibus necessaria per terram nostram navigio seu alio modo transvexerint, ab omni theloneo vel quibuslibet, exactionibus tam nostris quam omnium virorum qui nostre sunt potestatis inconcussi prorsus pertranseant. Siquis vos eorum omnium qui ad jus nostrum pertinere noscuntur, visis litteris istis, predictos fratres modo quolibet molestare presumpserit, sciat se certissime nostram offensam incurrisse et quanti cum fratres in exigendo justitiam propter hoc ipsum expenderint, tanti se noverit nobis esse delictorem. Porro ut tantilla hec largitio memoratis fratribus in prcrogativam dictam perseveret, presenti scripto probabiles testes adhibere curavimus quorum subscripta sunt nomina, Suegerus comes castellanus, Hernest capellanus, Amandus, Johanues, Nicholaus, Ileinricus Dapifer, Adam de Pannardan, Theo- doricus cellarius, cappellanie et alii plures.
