sue subjectis hominibus salutem. Universitati vestre notum fieri volo, quod
fratres ecclesie sancte Marie de Dunis et res eorum sub nostre protectionis
tutela suscepimus, et ab omni exactione et consuetudine conductus et thelonei
liberos esse concessimus, sive per terram, sive per aquam juri nostro subjectam
transierint. Si quis autem eos aliquo modo super hoc perturbare vel molestare
presumpserit, nostram se noverit incurisse offensam et quantum ipsi fratres pro
acquirenda justicia expenderint, et eis damnum suum plenarie restituet, et in
