LXXIV. — N" 294. Exemption de tordieu. In nomine Patris et Filii et
Spiritus sancti. Amen. Universis presentes litteras inspecturis, Arnulphus miles
de Husdenna, et Mathildis uxor ejus, in Domino salutem. Quum nichil est
christiano felicius cui regnum celorum promittitur, ut ejusdem regni mereamur
par- ticipio non privari, qui in multis offendimus omnes, illorum qui divinis
indesinenter intersunt obsequiis, necesse habemus intercessionibus adjuvari.
Inde est quod fratribus ecclesie Beate Harie de Thosan in omni dominio nostro
vendcndi et emendi quodcunque voluerint et quocnnque modo venerint, absque
thelonei vel alicujus exactionis gravamine, libere transeundi licentiam dedimus
et perpetuam concessimus libertatem. Quapropter vobis omnibus thelo- neariis, et
hominibus nostris mandamus et districle precipimus, ne predictos fratres
ullatenus in aliquo molestetis, certissime scientes quod eorum ulciscemur
injuriam tamquam in nos ipsos factam. Ut autem hujus nostre libertatis donatio
divine remunerationis intuitu perpe- tuam obtineat firmitatem, sigillo nostro et
sigillo domini abbatis de Bernis, in testimonium presentes litteras fecimus
