Theodoricus, dominus de Beverna et Castellanus de Dixmude, justiciariis et ballivis et omnibus Christi fidelibus ditioni sue subjectis, presenttbus et futuris ad quos presens scriptum pervenerit, in Domino salutem. Sciatis quod ego pro salute anime mee et uxoris et antccessorum meorum, ecclesiam de Dunis et fratres ejusdem loci, et res eorum sub mea protectionis tutela suscepi, et precipio quod libertatem et quitantiam habeant de theloneo et pontagio et passagio et traverso et de omnibus rebus quascumque et quales- cumque ad proprios usus adduxerint vel abduxerint et de omni exactione et consuetudine que ad me pertinet, sive per terram sive navigio, venerint. Et prohibeo ne quis eis vel servientibus eorum molestiam vel gravamen inferat et siquis eis in aliquo forisfecerit, si amorem meum simul et honorem diligitis , id eis absque aliqua dilatione emendari plenarie faciatis. Et ut hoc stabile permaneat, hanc cartam appensione sigilii mei roboravi. Actum ab incarnatione Domini anno M*. CG°. XV*.
