Abt Ludwig (Ladewicus) und der Konvent des Klosters Padis (Padiss) teilen Bürgermeistern und Rat zu Reval mit, dass sie Heinrich Boissmann und Thomas König (Koninck), Bürger zu Reval, bevollmächtigt haben, in ihrem Namen Haus und Hof des verstorbenen Hans Sonnenschein (Sonnenschin), in Reval gelegen, an Johann Folckersam zu verkaufen und im Hauptbuch der Stadt entsprechend verschreiben zu lassen.
