Nouerint omnes Christi fideles presentes scilicet ac futuri, qualiter placuit venerabili episcopo Gotescalcho et familie omnibusque fidelibus cum quodam seruo eiusdem ecclesie nomine Waldmanno quoddam concambium facere, sicut et fecerunt. Dedit ille predictus Waldman in manus episcopi et aduocati sui Helmperti in loco Herivuartesdorf inter prata et arabilem utileque lignum lxiii et iussu eiusdem presignati episcopi accepit cum manu aduocati sui Pezilini in loco Inticha et in loco Nidrindorf arabilis terre iugera xxx et areae iugum i et pratorum iugera x, et ut firmiorem teneat firmitatem testes isti tracti sunt per aures, Hervuart, Watto, Diohoh, Pero, Richeri, Liutheri, Reginhart.
