Consultum namque et iustum uidetur ut quicquid aeeclesiasticis aut secularibus negotiis agitur, serie litterarum et testimonio nobilium personarum ita roboretur, ne in posterum possit dissolui vel mutari. Quapropter notum sit cunctis Christi fidelibus, quod quidam comes Otto nuncupatus tradidit potenti manu et absque omni contradictione in manus uenerandi Gotescalchi Frigisingensis episcopi et fratrum inibi canonice deo famulantium loea sie nominata Vfkhiricha cum omnibus que illuc pertinent et que sui iuris erant, inter alpes ad Stupeia hobam i et in ualle Uintulla dicta et in monte Torento hobas iiii et in Pauzano uineam i cum omnibus iuste ad eadem loca pertinentibus ad altare videlicet sante Marie sanetique Corbiniani in usum fratrum pro remedio anime; suae perpetu, aliter existendum ea tarnen maxime ratione, ut liceret sibi a supradicto episcopo G. et suis canonicis curtem quandam Geroltespach dictam cum aliis suis locis et possessionibus quarum nomina subscripta sunt, conplacitare. Hunc eius petitionem venerabili G. episcopo annuente idem prefatus comes 0. tradidit in manus eiusdem antistitis et fratrum sepe nominatorum hec loca, Eparanashusa, Legian, Parpian, Sutsis, Tieres, Albiun, Tanurcis, Tseuis, Tsusis, Segies, ad Gredine forestum i cum omnibus rebus ad eadem loca pertinentibus ad altare sanete Marie in usum fratrum euo perpetuo existendum. Eeontra supradictus pontifex cum consilio suorum tarn clericorum quam laicorum tradidit eidem comiti curtem que Geroltespach dicitur, usque ad finem uite sue possidendam, ut postea et datum et acceptum in ius et in potestatem aecclesiae sue ad seruitium canonicorum rediret.
