Nouerint omnes Christi fideles tam presentes quam futuri, qualiter placuit atque conuenit inter uenerabilem Frisingensis sedis episcopum Egilbertvm et quendam nobilem hominem Popo nuncupatum commutationem quandam facere quam et fecerunt. Tradidit namque pretitulatus Popo in manum Egilberti episcopi et aduocati sui Odalschi (!) tale predium quale in locis infrascriptis Starchando et aliis nuntiis cum eo illuc datis cum mensura et ostensione presentauit, inprimis in uilla Routkerasdorf dicta ecclesie partem et dotales hobas Sclauanicas iii et iugera iiii fiscalis et censualis ruris hobas xi, ad Stallun hobas iiii, ad Lesniza hobas ii, ad Dobrozfelt hobas iii, ad Trahun hobas iii cum pascuis, pratis, alpibus, siluis, uiis et inuiis, exitibus et reditibus, quesitis et inquirendis (et) omnibus rebus iure ad loca eadem pertinentibus ad altare uidelicet beate Marie sanctique Corbiniani perpetualiter existendum. Econtra uero prelibatus episcopus et aduocatus eius supra memoratus1 cum consilio fidelium suorum tam clericorum quam laicorum nobilium atque ignobilium personarum retradidit supra nominato Poponi quicquid ipse in loco Malantina dicto a quodam nobili uiro Irinch uocitato conplacitauit, item2 ecclesie decimate partem quartam, dotalis et fiscalis ac censualis ruris hobas xx cum omnibus utensilibus ad predium idem pertinentibus absque omni contradictionis molestia in proprietatem possidendum, item per manum Altmanni comitis eidem Popponi ad Eichi tradidit hobas ii.
