Nouerint omnes Christi fideles, qualiter Egilberto Frigisingensis ecclesie episcopo et Diemaro eiusdem ecclesie seruo placuit quoddam concambium facere quod et fecerunt. Tradidit namque idem Dietmar predium quod habuit in loco Tegiranpah, cxl iugera ad altare sancte Marie sanctique Corbiniani perpetualiter existendum. Econtra predictus episcopus eidem seruo ad Crheina(!) in loco qui dicitur Niusazinhun, equalem mensuram cum manu sui aduocati Odalscalchi dedit perpetuo sibi tenendum. Huius rei testes sunt comes Altmannus, Liutheri, Pezili, itervm Liutheri, Wolfolt, Geruich, Asmar, Meginhart, Mazili, Huc, Aripo, Warmunt, Walto, Waldmant, Frouimunt.
