Nouerint omnes Christi fideles presentes scilicet et futvri, qualiter placuit atque conuenit inter uenerabilem Frigisingensis ecclesie Egilbertum episcopum et quendam libertum Hezil dictum filivmque proprietatem qualem habuit in locis Litapach et Gozoltasdorf dictis, in manus episcopi Egilberti et aduocati sui Oˇdalscalhi ad ecclesiam sancte Marie sanctique Corbiniani perpetvaliter existendam. Econtra vero idem episcopus et aduocatus eius cum consilio suorum fidelivm tam clericorum quam laicorum retradidit supra nominato Heziloni filioque eius de rebus ecclesie ad Tobrochotasfeld iii hobas, ad Leizniza hobam i absque omni contradictionis molestia possidendum.
