    Notum sit omnibus Christi fidelibus et nostris, qualiter quedam nobilis femina nomine Ita et filius eius Griph predium quod haberunt in loco Capella dicto, cum mancipiis, molendinis, portvbus, agris cultis et incultis, quesitis et inquisitis (!) et omnibus pertinentiis et utilitatibus quibus possederunt, ad altare sancte Marie sancti(que) Corbiniani in manus domni Ellenhardi Frisingensis sedis uenerabilis episcopi (et) aduocati sui Ottonis delegauerunt et uestituram eiusdem boni ab eis eodem die sibi traditam prenominatus episcopus et aduocatus possiderunt. Econtra sepe dictus episcopus cum manu eiusdem sui aduocati Ottonis retradidit eis quoddam curtiferum in loco Vaniccha cum omni iure et seruicio quo ipse ad manvs suas eo die ipsum habuit, et utilitate sibi ab eis delegato predii uite eorum reconcessit, ut post obitum eorum utraque ad ius sancte Marie et domni episcopi redeant. Si autem idem episcopus uel uiolentia alicuius successoris eius idem pactum uiolent et rumpant, ipsa domna et filius eius de predio suo faciendi quicquic(!) uoluerint, liberum ius et arbitrium habeant.
