Heinricus diuina fauente clementia rex. omnibus Christi nostrique fidelibus tam futuris quam presentibus notum esse uolumus, qualiter nos in presentia principum nostrorum Gebehardi Salzburgensis archiepiscopi, Ottonis Ratisponensis, Uvillehelmi Traiectensis episcoporum, Uvelph ducis Bauuariorum ce˛terorumque fidelium nostrorum ex predio quod Salamon rex Ungarorum nostre potestati subiugauit, sanctae dei genitrici uirgini Mariae in aecclesia Frisingensi, ubi corpus sancti Corbiniani quiescit, rogatu et seruitio eiusdem sedis episcopi Ellenhardi c mansos his locis sitos, Ascherichesbrvgge, Chvningesbrvnnen, Nowendorf, Hasilowe sicque de Litaha ad eum locum, qui terminus est inter Litaha et Vertowe, cum omnibus appenditiis hoc est utriusque sexus mancipiis, areis, aedificiis, pratis, pascuis, uineis, terris cultis et incultis, uiis et inuiis, aquis aquarumque decursibus, molis, molendinis, piscationibus, exitibus et reditibus, quaesitis et inquirendis, exceptis uenationibus et uviltbanno in Litahaberge, aliis autem omnibus utilitatibus in proprium tradendo firmauimus [et] firmando tradidimus, ea uidelicet conditione qua cum omnibus ex prefato predio donatis convenimus, ut idem Frisingensis episcopus Ellenhardus suique successores in quolibet castello specialiter in Miesenbvrc, muniendo pro his c regalibus mansis nobis seruiant et in aliis omnibus nobis fideles existant.
