    Conuentio inter legatos Frisingenses et Grimoldum de alpibus. Ea pars montis Abliu, quae municipium eius attingit, quamquam inpraesentiarum siue pro feudo siue iure proprietatis tenet, Grimoldo cedat, reliqua pars quae duplo maior est, Frisingensibus. Abdicauit autem Grimoldus omnem iurisdictionem montis Cauat a termino usque ad terminum quam habuit siue iure proprietate siue iure communicandi, et de monte Intercipiis (?) pars quae a iugo eiusdem montis in planum respicit, pratum videlicet, Frisingensibus cedat, superior pars Grimoldo, reliqua ad communem usum. De monte vero Adril (?), quod in totum cedat Frisingensibus. Super hac conuentione pronuntio ego Mar. praeco, si ita constiterit, quod nec ego neque aliquis de concolonis meis in Leuan debebimus vel poterimus occasionem obtendere quin soluamus debitum servitium pro iure alpium, idem Suluan, idem Maltman, idem Adalperht, idem Adalperht alter, idem Wolfperht, idem Jannes, idem Willefrit.

    Aus einer Abschrift der Mitte des 18. Jhd. in Cod. 260 der Heckenstalleriscben Frisingensia beim Domcapitel zu München genommen aus einer "antiqua parua membrana quae non impacta iacet in libro commutationem“ (d. h. in Cod. 188 d. Reichsarchives), worin das Stück übrigens nicht mehr zu finden.
